ORAL & SILENT AUCTION: There will be an oral and silent auction this year.

Silent Auction Items: The items must be new or handmade, single items or filled baskets are welcome. Oral Auction Items: The items must be new or handmade.

Raffle Item Suggestions: Traeger Grill, Yeti coolers, Bicycles, Packer Tickets, Lawn and Garden Items. All donations can be dropped off at the Parish office, Greenleaf site. All donations MUST be dropped off by Thursday August 24.

FOOD: Chicken Booyah, Hamburgers, Brats & Hot Dogs

We will have chicken booyah this year along with hamburgers, brats and hot dogs. You can support this by donating food or monetary donations to purchase the food and items. Here is a list of food items needed.

Chickens, Vegetables, Brats, Hot Dogs, Buns, Hamburgers

Baked goods – Cookies, Brownies, Bars etc. Please pre-package in containers or bags to be sold in and drop of at the picnic on Sunday morning

KIDS GAMES: Kids prizes, or cash donations are needed to purchase the prizes for the games. There is a donation drop box at each parish site for prize donations.

BAG TOSS TOURNAMENT: Get your team together!!

The tournament will begin at 11:15 A.M.  Cash prizes to be awarded.

RAFFLE TICKETS: We need parishioners to purchase and sell the cash raffle tickets.  Ticket prices are $5.00 each. Cash prizes are: (3) $1000.00  (2) $500.00   Picnic Envelopes with raffle tickets are at the back of each church site. We ask every family to take an envelope.

Extra tickets will be available at the Parish office, Greenleaf to sell or buy. Please return all sold/unsold tickets to the picnic collection boxes in the back of each church. Tickets can be returned to the Parish Office but must be returned by Thursday Aug 24th or tickets can be returned the day of the picnic.

$7,000 HOME MAKEOVER CASH RAFFLE TICKETS: Furniture, Mattresses, Flooring and Home Decor

This year the Grand prize winner will get $7,000 in Home Makeover Cash to spend at Furnitureland in Pulaski

Second Prize winner will win a console cabinet donated by Furnitureland.

300 tickets will be sold @ $50 per ticket. Tickets will be sold after Masses and in the parish office.

ENTERTAINMENT: The committee has secured the following entertainment for the picnic. Monetary donations can be provided to cover the costs for:

Blue Grass Band – Bent Grass will be playing for the Mass and after Mass until 1:00

Waves Entertainment – providing sound system to be used for Mass, oral auction, general announcements.

VOLUNTEERS: We cannot hold a picnic without many volunteers donating their time and talents!

Sign-up Genius: There is a sign-up link on the Parish website listing the needs and times needed.

DONATIONS: There are other expenses associated with the picnic and we welcome cash donations that can be applied to these items.Advertising expenses, raffle prizes,

Site Preparation: Porta-potties, tent rental, spraying site before picnic to control mosquitos.

DONATION CARDS: Included in each picnic envelope and at the back of each church site are donation cards. You can submit the cards with your donation or contact the individuals noted above. Using either format of communicating your donation is helpful so the picnic committee can plan accordingly. Please note, all donations will be accepted with or without using this card!
