TIMELINE FOR FALL CONFIRMATION 2023

1. Request Form. Those seeking to be considered a candidate for Confirmation in the Fall of 2023 will need to submit the completed request form. Forms are due by July 15, 2023 and can be found HERE.
Please note when selecting your sponsor – he or she must be an active, Confirmed, practicing Catholic, and registered at a Catholic parish.

2. Confirmation Board. After submitting a formal request form, you and your sponsor will be asked to schedule a meeting with the Confirmation Board. These meeting are about 20 minutes. All meetings will be scheduled in late July and through the month of August.

3. Bishop's Letter. Following the approval of the Confirmation Board you will be asked to write a formal letter of request to the Bishop. Those letters will be due on or before Sept. 7, 2023. Information about what to include will be sent after the board meeting.

4. Confirmation Sessions and Retreat. Two preparation sessions will be required, as well as participation in the Confirmation Retreat.
Session 1 is on Sunday, August 20, 9:45am to 12:30pm at the Wrightstown campus.
Session 2 is on Sunday, September 10, 9:45am to 12:30pm at the Wrightstown campus.
The Confirmation Retreat is on Friday, September 22 (there's no school that day), 7:30am to 1:00pm at the Greenleaf campus. Please make arrangements, now, to attend.
Participation in the two sessions and retreat is required.

5. Be Confirmed. The date for celebration of the Sacrament will be sent to us sometime over the summer, from the Bishop's office.

Remember that it is important that you continue to practice Catholic living by:

+ daily prayer
+ weekly attendance at Mass
+ weekly, active participation in the Disciple Formation program and striving to assist in Formation House leadership
+ involvement with both parish and community service
+ the motivation to continue learning and growing in the knowledge of Catholic teachings, and especially in your relationship with the Lord
