The picnic will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the Wrightstown campus beginning with Mass at 10:00 am.

Enclosed are your Cash Raffle tickets and Donation card. Please return your sold tickets and any unsold tickets along with your Donation card as soon as possible. Both items can be placed in the box located in the back of each site labeled “Donation/Raffle Tickets”. Please do not put the donation card or raffle tickets in the collection. New this year, we will be holding an ATV Raffle! For more details, please see below and attached insert.

The Auction Committee asks that you return your donation cards as soon as possible. This is necessary in order to advertise all our auction items. ITEMS FOR THE AUCTION MUST BE NEW!
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to accept any items the day of the picnic unless the committee is notified by Wednesday, June 19, 2019 of your donation. Please contact the Auction Committee if you would like to make arrangements to have your auction items picked up. Otherwise, please bring your items to the Parish Office anytime between now and Wednesday, June 19th, or to Wrightstown site on Saturday, June 22nd, between 9:00am & Noon.

Each family is given 5 packs of tickets to sell. Tickets will sell for $2 each or 6 for $10. Return the ticket stubs and money in an envelope with your name written on the outside and place in the box located in the back of each site.

Prizes this year will be: (1st place) $2,500 - (2nd place) $1,000 - (3rd place) $500

Anyone wishing to donate items toward the food or booyah should contact chairpersons above. Details with Booyah maker are being determined at this time. Each family is asked to donate ONE pie/torte or ONE dozen cookies for dessert. A list of other needed items will be posted in the bulletin in the upcoming weeks.

Items can be dropped off anytime at the parish office, at the Wrightstown site on Saturday, June 22nd, or the morning of the picnic. We are hoping to expand our selection of items available this year! Donations appreciated for this area include: any early produce you have from your gardens – rhubarb, asparagus, strawberries, etc. Any plants that you want to split such as hostas, perennials, rhubarb, etc., including bouquets of flowers are welcome. We would also love to include in this area: canned items of all kinds. Do you have an abundance of: pickles, applesauce, salsa, canned vegetables & fruit, sauces, meats, maple syrup, honey, jams & jellies, etc; we’ll take them all!

Baked goods we are looking for include: breads, pies, cookies, muffins, bars, sweet rolls, etc. Please bring them wrapped and ready to sell. Are you a crafter? Please donate anything sewn, quilted, knit, crocheted, beaded, handmade, art work, etc. Any questions on what we need, please contact Kristin.

Please contact Jennifer if you have prizes or items to donate towards the Kid’s Games. Items can be dropped off at the Parish Office or in the drop boxes located in the back of each of the church sites. If dropping off at the Parish Office, items need to be there by Noon, Thursday, June 20th. NOTE: PRIZE ITEMS MUST BE NEW!

Come see the great things St. Clare School has to offer at this table! Registration information will be available as well as give-aways and kids tattoos!

Parking is available at the Wrightstown church lot as well as overflow, offsite parking at the Wrightstown American Legion parking lot. Tractor and Wagon shuttle rides provided courtesy of the Dan Brick family. A huge thank you to the Brick’s!! Tentative times of shuttle rides are planned from approximately 9:30am before Mass to 3:30pm.

Volunteers: Please see the backside of this sheet to get an idea where volunteer help is needed. We can’t hold our fantastic parish picnic without many volunteers donating their time and talents! A Sign-up Genius will be available to sign up to volunteer. The earlier you sign up, the more likely you are able to get the area and shift you desire. Other options would be to fill out your desired info on the enclosed yellow Donation card or you may call the parish office at 864-2550 with your desired area and shift and we will do our best to place you in that spot.
